Returns & Exchanges

At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original shoebox and include all original tags and the invoice inside a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
